STORAGE
Our cannelés are baked fresh daily here at the Bakery and are best enjoyed on same day of purchase. Can be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 48 hours. Do not refrigerate, as the humidity from the fridge will cause the crunchy crust to get soggy.
