We’re celebrating warm sunny weather ahead with the arrival of one of our favorite ingredients: fresh Fraises des Bois strawberries, rare wild woodland strawberries from Malaga, Spain. This gorgeous Pavlova is made with pillowy-soft vanilla meringue topped with candy-sweet tiny Fraises des Bois strawberries (overnighted to us all the way from Spain!), homemade strawberry jam, vanilla bean pastry cream, and mascarpone Chantilly cream, finished with a dusting of confectioners sugar. (Serves 4-6)
