Christmas isn’t complete without a classic bûche de noël, or yule log cake, and this year, we have 3 delicious flavors to choose from. Our decadent triple chocolate cake is made with Valrhona Caraibe 66% dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate crémeux, and flourless chocolate biscuit, topped with handmade chocolate button forest “mushrooms” with Vanilla Chantilly. (*gluten-free*)
