A gift box of 5 of our favorite sweet pastries. Please note: pastries change seasonally. Currently, this sweet set includes:
- 1 Brown Sugar DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann) – our signature pastry, similar to a caramelized croissant with dark brown sugar
- 1 Strawberries & Cream Puff: fresh strawberry compote and vanilla bean pastry cream in light-as-air choux puff, topped with vanilla Chantilly cream
- 1 Blueberry Crumble Twist: soft brioche layered with blueberry butter and blueberry violet jam, finished with crumble topping and fresh blueberries
- 1 Raspberry Jasmine Danish: fresh raspberries filled with homemade raspberry jam set atop fragrant jasmine cream and raspberry jam in a flaky laminated brioche nest
- 1 Pistachio & Chocolate Plié: gooey pistachio praliné, pistachio pastry cream, and chocolate chips surrounded by a laminated brioche crust

PRODUCT PICKUP
Your items will be available for pick-up only on the specified date; it will not be kept for a pick up on a later date. Items must be ordered at least 2 days before date/time of pick up. If you need your items sooner, please try calling the store at 212.901.1015 as orders can sometimes be processed faster pending availability.
STORAGE
Do not refrigerate as the humidity from the refrigerator will cause the pastry to get soggy and loose its crispy exterior. Store in a cool, dry place and best eaten on the same day it is baked. This pastry has a short shelf-life and should not be consumed after 8 hours of pick up.
